Kitchen, bath, living, exterior, backyard — the photo is classified first, and everything downstream runs on the right vocabulary for that space.
The confident gate
It only proceeds where it's confident. An exterior photo can never mint an interior bill; an unclassified space stays render-only — no bill, no invented plan.
Honest when blind
If the measurement engine can't be reached, you get an explicit failed state — never fabricated dimensions dressed up as a plan.
ACT 02 · MEASURES
A dimensioned plan, from one photograph.
Walls, openings, fixtures and dimensions — drawn from the image with per-axis confidence beside every figure, exportable as DXF, SVG, PNG, PDF and CSV.

Not a mockup
This is real engine output — Bath 3 at 6215 Anita St, Dallas, drawn from a single interior photo and reconciled against the architect’s CAD. Dimensions, fixtures, and the door swing are placed from the image; the anomaly (a mirror-reflected “window”) is flagged, not drawn.
